...WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM CST /5 PM MST/ THIS 
EVENING TO NOON CST /11 AM MST/ THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 35 
  below zero.

* WHERE...Western and central North Dakota. 

* WHEN...From 6 PM CST /5 PM MST/ this evening to noon CST /11 AM 
  MST/ Thursday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills will cause frostbite on exposed 
  skin in as little as 10 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty northwest winds could lead to areas of 
  blowing snow, reducing visibilities.
