* IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and 
  localized beach erosion.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Surf will build Wednesday, peaking on 
  Thursday. Highest surf will be on exposed west-facing beaches. 
  Strong rip currents expected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due to
dangerous surf conditions.
