* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Fog in conjunction with melted snow
  refreezing on roadways may result in hazardous driving
  conditions within the region. Motorists are advised to use 
  caution when traveling this morning.
