This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern North
Dakota and northwest Minnesota.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Ice Storm event. This will be a locally damaging icing event for 
portions of the region. Travel will be difficult to impossible. 
Power outages and tree damage are likely. The most significant 
impacts are anticipated across a portion of eastern North Dakota, 
where another few tenths of an inch of ice accumulation are 
expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

The ice storm will be winding down by Wednesday morning.

Dakota, west central and northwest Minnesota.

Scattered freezing rain amounting to an additional glazing of ice.
Rain changing to snow along and south of the I-94 corridor could 
bring an inch to three inches of accumulation on top of already 
slick surfaces. 

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

The winter precipitation should be winding down by Wednesday
morning.
