* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 10 to 15 
  kt with gusts up to 25 kt and waves 2 to 5 ft expected.

* WHERE...Lake Michigan nearshore waters from Sturgeon Bay to 
  Sheboygan.

* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 9 AM CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low 
  visibility will make navigation difficult.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
