drizzle or freezing drizzle northeast. Becoming windy statewide 
with the strongest winds over western and central areas of the 
state. Lows in the upper 20s to mid 30s.
.FRIDAY...Mostly cloudy and windy. Snow and blowing snow west and
central. A rain and snow mix east. Highs in the lower 30s 
northwest to mid 40s southeast.
