.DISCUSSION...Quiet weather will continue for much of the area
through tonight. The next front will remain just offshore today,
and slowly push into the northwest part of the area this evening,
then linger along the coast Tuesday night with moderate to 
occasionally heavy precipitation. Moderate to heavy rain will then
shift inland Wednesday. Snow levels Wednesday start out high, 
then lower in the afternoon as colder air moves in. In addition, 
gusty southwest winds will pick up over ridges Tuesday night, then
a larger portion of the East Side and Shasta Valley on Wednesday.
Cool and unsettled weather continues Wednesday night through 
Thursday with another break expected on Friday.
