A cold and dry patten continues through the first half of this 
week as high pressure redevelops across the region. Expect lighter
winds with strong valley inversions which could limit mixing and 
ventilation through Tuesday. A more active pattern is becoming 
likely the second half of this week into early December, with 
improved mixing and chances for rain and snow.
