possible.

Gusty winds and areas of blowing snow are possible in the wind
prone areas through Tuesday.

This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of panhandle
Nebraska...east central Wyoming and southeast Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

Cold temperatures are expected tonight with sub-zero wind chills
possible. Winds are expected to increase late this evening with
gusts of 30 to 40 MPH in elevated and open areas. This may 
produce patchy blowing snow.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

Northwest winds gusting to 35 to 45 MPH will produce areas of
blowing snow Sunday morning. Visibility reductions and slick
travel conditions are possible. Gusty winds and areas of blowing 
snow are possible in the wind prone areas again Monday and 
Tuesday.
