by this afternoon and evening. Periods of light rain will persist
overnight into Tuesday. The rain will then decrease Tuesday 
afternoon. Afternoon minimum RHs will be moderate, and then 
maximum RHs will be high during the night. Winds will be mostly 
terrain induced during the late night and early morning hours, and
then dominated by the general winds during the afternoons.
