offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stationary front will
develop across the far SE waters by later today or early tonight,
with the front persisting into Sun. A cold front will approach
the coast later tonight and move across the waters Sun. A high
pressure ridge will build E over the region late Sun into Mon,
and then shift E of the waters Mon night into early Tue as a warm
front lifts NE across the area. A series of cold fronts will move
across the waters late Tue into Wed as an area of low pressure
passes to the N and then NE of the area. A weak high pressure
ridge will move E across the area Wed night.
