  - At 4:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 23.2 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will oscillate above flood stage with a
    maximum value of 27.2 feet early this morning. It will fall
    below flood stage late this afternoon.
