...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WATERS...

  Coastal Waters of Saint Croix...
  Coastal Waters OF Northwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...
  Coastal Waters OF Southwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...
  Coastal Waters of Southern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...
  Mona Passage Southward to 17N...

At 323 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable 
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm were 
located over mainly coastal areas between Mayaguez and Cabo Rojo, 
moving southwest around 10 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor 
immediately until these storms pass. Waterspouts will remain 
possible with these storms.
