* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 33 will result in patchy frost 
  formation.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Georgia, and the mountains and
  foothills of western North Carolina.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 10 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if 
  left uncovered.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Frost will be especially prevalent in
  sheltered areas where winds will die off earliest in the night.
  This includes many valleys and low spots.
