At 852 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms along a
line extending from 2 miles east of Kansas to 4 miles north of
Proctor to 4 miles southeast of Tahlequah. Movement was east at 25
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
