...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM PDT
SUNDAY ABOVE 8000 FEET...

* CHANGES...Slightly higher snow total potential for Sunday.

* WHAT...Snow, mainly above 8000 feet. Additional snow
  accumulations of 1 to 4 inches between 8000 and 10000 feet, with
  totals 4 to 8 inches above 10000 feet. 

* WHERE...Mono County including areas around Sonora Pass, Tioga
  Pass, Mammoth Mountain, and the White Mountains.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM PDT Sunday. Snowfall will be intermittent,
  with the heaviest snow rates occurring this evening and again 
  Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions over mountain passes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Even light snowfall causes major travel delays, especially during
periods of high traffic volume. Be sure to allow extra time to
reach your destination. Leave extra space between vehicles since
it takes longer to stop on slick roadways.
