For eastern Utah and western Colorado, here is the latest weather
synopsis
The ridge of high pressure will begin to slowly move off to the east today
as a low pressure system over the Pacific Northwest pushes inland.
Southwest winds may become a little breezy across eastern Utah and western
Colorado later this afternoon in response to this pattern shift.
Otherwise, today will be another mostly sunny day with afternoon
temperatures warming to 5 to 10 degrees above seasonal.  Warm and dry
southwest winds will increase Thursday and into the coming weekend, keeping
temperatures warm and elevating the fire danger across parts of the region.
