.SYNOPSIS...A weakening cold front will move S over the central
waters today, then S of the area later this afternoon and 
dissipating by tonight. Another cold front will move into the 
northern waters tonight, central waters Wed and Wed night before 
dissipating S of the area Thu. A trough will strengthen along 
the southern California coast tonight, persist Wed, then expand N
along the central coast Wed night. The trough will gradually 
extend N along the N California coast Thu through Sat night. High
pressure will build W and NW of the waters Fri into Sat night.
