the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure, 29.70 inches, passes directly over Lake
Huron this morning. The system will be slow to depart today into 
early Friday with modest northerly flow following for the late 
week.

.FRIDAY...North winds 10 to 15 knots decreasing to 5 to 10 knots
in the late morning and early afternoon...then increasing to
10 to 15 knots early in the afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet. 
.FRIDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.SATURDAY...North winds 5 to 10 knots backing to the southwest
late in the afternoon...then veering to the southwest 5 to
