This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the northern Litchfield County
Connecticut, central and eastern Mohawk River Valley, Hudson River 
Valley, and the southern Taconics of eastern New York and the 
Connecticut River Valley of southeastern Vermont.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time. 

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

In addition, there is a chance of thunderstorms Thursday through 
Sunday, mainly during the afternoon and early evening hours. The
Storm Prediction Center has placed the area within a Slight Risk for
severe thunderstorms for Thursday, and within a Marginal Risk on 
Friday. Isolated to scattered incidents of damaging wind gusts will 
be possible each day, along with locally heavy downpours, which may 
result in ponding of water or flash flooding.

Spotter activation may be needed on Thursday and Friday.

Massachusetts, the southern and western Adirondacks, northern 
Taconics, Schoharie Valley, the Helderbergs and eastern Catskills of
eastern New York and the southern Green Mountains of southern 
Vermont.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

The result of hot temperatures and high humidity will result in heat
index values close to advisory criteria on Thursday afternoon. A 
Heat Advisory could be needed in some areas if slightly higher 
values look to occur.
