Widespread showers and thunderstorms in Southern Idaho today, with the
potential for localized flash flooding. Gusty winds, hail, and heavy rain 
through tonight are the main concerns with this system. Temperatures will be 
5-10 degrees below normal through Labor Day for the state. For Labor Day, 
there is a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm over the Central ID 
mountains and near the Nevada border. Dry and near normal temperatures will 
return for most of the state starting Wednesday through the end of the week.
