The National Weather Service in Las Vegas has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northeastern Clark County in southern Nevada...

* Until 300 PM PDT.

* At 1205 PM PDT, the public reported flash flooding on Valley of 
  FIre Highway. Flash flooding is already occurring.

  HAZARD...Life-threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Public reported.

  IMPACT...Life-threatening flash flooding of low-water
           crossings, creeks, normally dry washes and roads.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Overton, Moapa Town, Moapa Valley, Valley Of Fire, Overton Beach, 
  Echo Bay, Echo Bay Campground and Logandale.

This includes the following roads...
	Interstate 15 in Nevada between mile markers 76 and 100.
	State Route 167 in Clark County between mile marker 16 and 52.
	Valley of Fire Highway between mile marker 1 and 10.
	State Route 168 in Clark County near mile marker 22.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
