Survey Summary:
The tornado formed near Highway 211 near Four Paws Veterinary
Hospital where it damaged the roof. The tornado moved northward
near Executive Park Blvd where it damaged another roof, downed a
large tree, and ripped an A/C unit off the top of another
building.
