  Coastal waters from Little River Inlet to Murrells Inlet SC out 20
  nm...

* Until 1015 AM EDT.

* At 940 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Myrtle Beach
  Rock, moving east at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 50 knots.

  SOURCE...Myrtle Beach Airport.

  IMPACT...Boats could suffer significant structural damage in high 
           winds. Small craft could capsize in suddenly higher 
           waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Little River Offshore Reef, Myrtle Beach Rock, Sherman Wreck,
  Little River Reef, Lockwood Folly Inlet Sea Buoy, A R 445,
  Shallotte River Inlet Sea Buoy, Little River Sea Buoy, Holden
  Beach, and Myrtle Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes. Boaters should
seek safe harbor immediately until these storms pass. If caught on
the open water, prepare for deteriorating conditions. Make sure you
and your crew are wearing properly fitted life jackets.
