* WHAT...East winds between 15 to 20 knots, with stronger gusts. 
  Seas 5 to 7 feet with occasional seas up to 8 feet. 

* WHERE...Caribbean waters of Puerto Rico from 10 NM to 17N, 
  including the coastal waters of Saint Croix. 

* WHEN...from 2 AM Wednesday to 2 AM AST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions dangerous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
