Hot and dry conditions will prevail on Tuesday. Afternoon temperatures
will top out around 100 degrees while relative humidity drops to near
25 percent. For Tuesday night, overnight low temperatures will remain
quite warm, in the lower to mid 70s, with moderate humidity recovery. 
Light northerly winds will prevail in the morning hours with gusty
southwesterly winds in the afternoon hours.
