The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Upper Delaware Bay...

* Until 600 PM EDT.

* At 434 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from 12 nm
  southeast of Turkey Point to 7 nm southwest of Ship John Shoal
  Light, moving northeast at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Fortesque Beach, Sea Breeze, Pea Patch Island, Bowers Beach,
  Woodland Beach, Stony Point, Ship John Shoal Light, Cross Ledge
  Light and Reedy Point.
