...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of Kingfisher, Ellis,
Roger Mills, Custer, Blaine, northwestern Logan, Dewey, western
Garfield, Major and southern Woodward Counties through 145 AM CDT...

At 113 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Waukomis to 4 miles north of Putnam to 10
miles southeast of Higgins. Movement was southeast at 70 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Enid, Watonga, Kingfisher, Fairview, Shattuck, Cheyenne, Arnett,
Taloga, Hennessey, Crescent, Waukomis, Okeene, Thomas, Seiling,
Arapaho, Vici, Canton, Lahoma, Hammon, and Ringwood.
