THROUGH 230 PM EDT...

At 207 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles west of Northern Cambria, or 11 miles east of Indiana, moving
east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Clymer, Cherry Tree, Dixonville, Commodore, and Yellow Creek State
Park.
