At 833 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 8 nm east of Guana
River State Park, or 13 nm northeast of Saint Augustine, moving east
at 35 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
         suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Dorothy Louise Barge, Casablanca Reef, Nine Mile Reef, Saint
Augustine, Saint Augustine Beach, Crescent Beach, Butler Beach,
Vilano Beach, Anna Reef, South Ponte Vedra Beach and Guana River
State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected. If your vessel is caught offshore, immediately secure for
heavy weather. Ensure all crew members are wearing USCG approved Type
I life jackets and nonessential crew are below decks. Deploy jack
lines and harnesses if available. Check life saving equipment,
including batteries on handheld radios, for readiness.
