* At 136 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 20 nm west of
  Mayport, or 23 nm west of Ponte Vedra Beach, moving east at 35
  knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Atlantic Beach, Palm Valley, Jacksonville Beach, Mayport, Talbot
