* At 1247 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 12 nm southeast
  of L Tower, moving west at 5 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher
