...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM PDT SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of North Central Washington, including the 
  following counties, Chelan and Okanogan.

* WHEN...Until 500 PM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 934 PM PDT, Recent rain combined with snowmelt is causing
    widespread minor flooding across this area.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.05 to 0.15 inches are
    expected over the area through Saturday. This additional rain
    will result in the continuation of minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
