Low pressure will strengthen over the Great Lakes tonight, then move 
very slowly east into New England through the middle of the week 
with a long period of wet weather. The heaviest rain will fall late 
this morning through this evening when ponding of water in poor 
drainage areas may occur in some areas. Temperatures will become 
much cooler by Monday, with gradual improvement later next week.
