...ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER RISK THIS AFTERNOON...

Near record warm temperatures in the upper 70s to lower 80s,
strong wind gusts between 35 to 45 mph, and dry conditions will 
combine to create an elevated fire weather threat this afternoon.

Given the recent dry weather, grass, brush, and other items can 
be easily ignited. Use extreme caution with the disposal of 
smoking materials.
