...Two Tornadoes Confirmed in Limestone County on April 2nd...

Using information from local officials, NWS Fort Worth can confirm
2 short-lived tornadoes occurred in Limestone County yesterday
afternoon, April 2nd, 2023. One was located near Kosse and has 
been given a preliminary rating of EF-0. The other tornado 
occurred near/west of Lake Limestone and has been given a 
preliminary rating of EF-Unknown. The only known damage is with 
the tornado near Kosse where a few tree limbs were broken.

More information about these 2 tornadoes will be sent later today
as additional information is collected.
