.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight...

A Fire Danger Statement is in effect for North Georgia until 7 PM
this evening due to low relative humidities. 

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday...

Thunderstorms will be possible as a cold front moves through the 
area overnight Friday into Saturday morning. A few of the storms 
could be strong or even severe, especially across northern 
portions of the state.

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
