offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak high pressure ridge
will build E over the region today into tonight as low pressure
forms and strengthens to the S of the waters and tracks E passing
to the S and SE of the area. Weak high pressure will develop
across the waters by later Tue into Tue night and persist over
the area Wed. The high will shift E of the area Wed night as a
cold front moves SE over the waters later Wed night into Thu.
High pressure will build E over the waters later Thu into Fri.
The high pressure ridge will shift E of the area late Fri and Fri
night while a warm front lifts N across the waters.
