...Heavy Rainfall Potential Across Southwest Kentucky...

Widespread rain will develop across southwest Kentucky late
Thursday night into Friday. The rain may be heavy at times,
especially Friday afternoon and evening. 

By the time the rain diminishes late Friday night, storm total
rainfall could range from 1 to 2.5 inches. Exact rainfall amounts
will depend on the track of the storm system and on the coverage 
of thunderstorms. 

Flood Watches have been issued along and northwest of a line from
Paducah to Owensboro, where heavier rain is expected.
