* WHAT...For the first Winter Weather Advisory, mixed 
  precipitation. Additional snow accumulations of up to one inch 
  and ice accumulations of a light glaze. For the second Winter 
  Weather Advisory, snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 
  to 8 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Southeast Webster, Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast 
  Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...For the first Winter Weather Advisory, until 6 AM EDT 
  early this morning. For the second Winter Weather Advisory, 
  from 6 PM this evening to 2 PM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous 
  conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
