At 10:24 AM...Doppler radars have detected scattered rain showers
developing across parts of eastern Oklahoma. These rain showers 
are moving quickly northeast, at around 45 mph.

Through 12:30 PM...Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms 
are expected across the area, with coverage and intensity of the 
activity to gradually increase through the late moving and into 
early afternoon. Some strong to severe storms will be possible, 
especially over southeast Oklahoma. Locally heavy rainfall will 
also be possible this evening and overnight, with the potential 
for flash flooding.
