SOUTHEASTERN CRAIG...DELAWARE...SOUTHERN OTTAWA...NORTHERN
SEQUOYAH...NORTHEASTERN MAYES...ADAIR...CHEROKEE AND NORTHEASTERN
MUSKOGEE COUNTIES...

At 1209 AM CST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 3 miles north of Afton to 4 miles north of Kansas to 
4 miles southeast of Pumpkin Center, moving northeast at 70 mph. 
Winds gusts of 70+ mph have been observed near Hulbert with this 
line of storms.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile 
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
