High pressure centered over Quebec will nose southwards and 
guarantee dry weather through this evening. A storm system will
develop over the plains tonight is expected to track from the 
lower Ohio Valley to near Lake Erie by Thursday evening. This 
will result in widespread rain for our region with rainfall 
ranging from a third of an inch in the Finger Lakes region to 
nearly an inch over the Niagara Frontier and east of Lake 
Ontario. The rain will transition to a couple inches of snow on 
Friday.
