.SYNOPSIS...A weakening high pressure ridge across the southern
waters will persist tonight into Wed night. A warm front across
the NE portion will lift NE of the waters tonight. A series of
low pressure centers will track E across the New England waters
this evening through Thu. A cold front will approach from the W
Wed night, then move offshore Thu as another low forms along the
front off the New Jersey coast. The front and low will then pass
E and NE of the area Thu night. Developing low pressure will
track E across the northern waters Fri into Fri night while
pulling a secondary cold front SE over the area. A series of low
pressure troughs will move S over the northern waters Fri night
into Sat, followed by another cold front Sat night into Sun. A
high pressure ridge will slowly build E to the Mid-Atlantic coast
Sat night, and move offshore Sun and Sun night as a low pressure
trough develops along the SE United States coast.
