A strong winter system looks to bring accumulating snow and strong 
winds to central IL Wednesday night through Friday. Bitter cold 
temperatures settle in Wednesday through the holiday weekend with 
dangerous wind chills as cold as 15 to 25 degrees below zero by 
Thursday and Friday nights.
