Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers... West Fork Oak Creek, Schultz Creek, JD Dam Wash, Sinclair Wash, Volunteer Wash, Sycamore Creek, Hell Canyon and Pumphouse Wash. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Flagstaff, Bellemont, Parks, Fort Valley, Raymond Boy Scout Camp and White Horse Lake Campground. - This includes the following highways... Interstate 40 between mile markers 172 and 193.
