...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of eastern Elkhart,
northwestern Noble and western Lagrange Counties through 500 PM
EDT...

At 428 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Goshen, moving northeast at 30 mph. 

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph, pea size hail and heavy 
         downpours. Road ponding and localized nuisance flooding 
         possible.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is 
         possible.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Middlebury around 440 PM EDT.
  Topeka around 445 PM EDT.

This includes Interstate 80 in Indiana near mile marker 110.
