...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of central Carbon
County through 145 AM MDT...

At 1259 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Sinclair, or near Rawlins, moving southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Rawlins and Sinclair. 

This includes Interstate 80 in Wyoming between mile markers 214 and
237.
