...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southern Emmet,
Kossuth, Hancock, northern Humboldt and eastern Palo Alto Counties
through 545 PM CDT...

At 451 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a small cluster of strong 
thunderstorms 7 miles southeast of Ingham Lake, or 12 miles 
northeast of Emmetsburg, moving southeast at 40 mph. The small 
cluster of storms has produced wind gusts around 35 mph at 
both Jackson, MN and Estherville.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Algona, Emmetsburg, Garner, Britt, Swan Lake, Five Island Lake,
Ingham Lake, High Lake, Eagle Lake, Union Slogh, Armstrong,
Graettinger, West Bend, Bancroft, Swea City, Burt, Whittemore,
Titonka, Ringsted and Wesley.
