MORNING UPDATE.

.DISCUSSION...

No significant changes were made to the forecast for this
afternoon during the morning update. Showers and thunderstorms
will be isolated for most locations today. The best chance will be
near the East Tennessee Mountains and North Carolina Counties. 12Z
guidance came in lower than expected for highs today probably due
to the high clouds moving in from the north. I only adjusted highs
down about one degree in case the clouds clear out later today.

VFR conditions expected to prevail Today with scattered clouds as
higher pressure strengthening over the region. Winds expected to 
be light. Added prob30 group for TS at KTRI this afternoon with
best chance over northeast tennessee in late afternoon.
